Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TrustJob is an online directory that connects freelancers with potential clients. TrustJob acts solely as a platform to facilitate introductions and does not participate in, endorse, or guarantee any transaction, agreement, or relationship between users. TrustJob is not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. We simply provide a space where freelancers can publish their profiles and recruiters can browse and unlock contact details through a credit or subscription system.

2. Account Registration

• Registration is free and requires a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without notice or refund.

3. User-Generated Content

• Users are solely responsible for all content they publish on TrustJob, including but not limited to profile information, photos, bio, and contact details.
• TrustJob does not verify the identity, qualifications, or accuracy of information provided by users. We make no representations or warranties regarding the truthfulness of any user profile.
• It is strictly prohibited to upload sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content. Profiles containing such content will be immediately removed without notice or refund.
• Hate speech, threats, harassment, and content promoting illegal activities are prohibited.
• By publishing content on TrustJob, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content for the operation of the service.
• TrustJob reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, without notice or obligation to provide a reason.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Credits: allow you to unlock a freelancer's contact details. Each credit used grants permanent access to the unlocked profile's contact info.
• Subscriptions: provide unlimited access to freelancer contact details for the duration of the subscription (monthly or annual).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• TrustJob is a platform, not a party to any transaction. We solely facilitate introductions between freelancers and recruiters. We do not employ, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any freelancer or recruiter on the platform.
• TrustJob does not verify the identity, background, skills, qualifications, or legitimacy of any user. Users interact with each other at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, damages, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other issues arising from interactions between users.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• In no event shall TrustJob, its owners, officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to TrustJob in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrustJob, RHLM Group LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

7. Content Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these terms (including explicit or inappropriate material), you can report it using the "Report" button on any profile page or by contacting us at abuse@trustjob.net. We will review and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and source code of TrustJob are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Users retain ownership of their published content and grant TrustJob a display license for the operation of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico.
